AtContact provides all Customers with 24/7/365 telephone technical support. Our Master Control operators are experienced and trained to provide pro-active troubleshooting of any issue. Senior Engineers are on call and available at any time day or night to provide additional support where required.

 

In addition to telephone support AtContact provides pro-active monitoring with audible alarms to our Master Control. Other notifications such as SMS and Email messages are sent to our customers providing information about the status of the site and the conditions noted. If the problem persists or cannot be addressed our Master Control escalates the issue to our Senior Network Engineers for immediate resolution.
