ATCONTACT provides a wide variety of teleport services in support of a variety of customers with specific needs to access teleport infrastructure or set up custom networks.  The ATCONTACT teleport has multiple redundant fibers and microwave links to the internet backbone and was built for Telco levels of service.

ATCONTACT’s Sedalia Teleport is both Conus and Oconus. We are staffed 24 x 7 by personnel trained in bringing up satellite carriers, operating a spectrum analyzer for signal identification, equipment fault identification and restoration of service.   The teleport has diesel and battery Uninterruptable Power Systems (UPS) and redundant security and fire prevention systems.

ATCONTACT’s Anchorage Hub is one of the only independently operated ground teleport stations linked to the Alaska regional fiber and telephone network, and supports customers with needs in the Alaska/Canada region as well as the Western US. 
 
ATCONTACT provides uplink services for applications such as Cable Head End Delivery via Satellite, Domestic and International video/audio data and other point to multipoint distribution requirements. With a point to multi-point satellite system, data originates at one point and is delivered (backhauled) to the ATCONTACT Teleport using dedicated fiber-optic lines, satellite technology or microwave.  Content is then uplinked on our hub antennas to a satellite and subsequently broadcast from the satellite to receive sites.

ATCONTACT also provides equipment collocation for custom networks, network management services, network architecture, and a variety of other teleport services including the erection of custom antennas for new satellite and bandwidth requirements as they emerge.
